Robby Krieger and the Soul Savages è un progetto rock, soul, jazz, blues e psichedelico guidato da Robby Krieger, chitarrista e autore di testi per The Doors. Il gruppo include l'interpretazione melodica di Krieger al fianco di Kevin "Brandino" Brandon al basso, Ed Roth ai tasti e Franklin Vanderbilt alla batteria, creando un suono dal vivo basato su sezioni ritmiche funk, texture Hammond B3, improvvisazioni blues e groove strumentali cinematografiche.
