I Isley Brothers sono un gruppo americano di soul, R&B e funk formato a Cincinnati, in Ohio, nel 1954. Oggi guidati dal cantante Ronald Isley e dal chitarrista Ernie Isley, il gruppo familiare ha attraversato diversi generi musicali, tra cui gospel, rock and roll, Motown soul, rock psichedelico, funk, quiet storm e R&B contemporaneo, durante una delle carriere più longeve nella musica popolare.
